Just a couple days ago, I was looking at my calendar and it hit me that April was finally over. I’m not sure about you, but April felt like it lasted FOREVER. April felt like it never stopped and was never going to end. I guess that it’s good that it’s finally May. I have a good feeling about this month!
Read:
Song of the Crimson Flower by Julie C. Dao – ★★★★
Thetis by Greg Boose – ★★★
The Devouring Gray by Christine Lynn Herman – ★★★★
Finale by Stephanie Garber – ★★★★
Opposite of Always by Justin A. Reynolds – ★★★
You Asked for Perfect by Laura Silverman – ★★★★
The Magicians: Alice’s Story by Lilah Sturges – ★★★★
Quincredible Vol. 1 by Rodney Barnes, Selina Espiritu & Kelly Fitzpatrick – ★★★★
Midas (The Midas Flash Vol. 1 & Vol. 2) by Ryan North, Braden Lamb, & Shelli Paroline – ★★★
I am really shocked at what I am seeing. I was just recalling that I was so worried that I only read few books. I only thought I read 3 different books. Just by seeing that I read 6 books (and 4 graphic novels), it showed me that I really did think April lasted way to long. The best part? I really enjoyed most of the books I read! I feel like this is major improvement than the previous months.

Goals:
Including the statistics from April, I read a total of 2,675 pages. Thats just a little bit more than DOUBLED from March’s reading amount! Exciting!
I am currently at 24/65 books and 8,265/21,000 Pages. I’m almost close to halfway towards my pages goal. I think I’m going to try to get another 2000 pages down for this month. Hopefully I can do it! I’m also going to try to get a lot of books read again. As I said, I have a really good feeling about this month!
Onto the next month!
I am so the odd one out on Devouring Gray. But that’s ok. Nature of art. 🙂 Glad you loved it. I will say the British edition is a stunning visual.
